No. Our pre-filled research pens are supplied ready for laboratory research use and do not require reconstitution.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are dispatched from the UK using tracked delivery services. Where required, products are packaged using temperature-controlled packaging to help maintain appropriate transit conditions.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of payment being received. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will usually be processed on the next working day.
Do you provide tracking?

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we only ship within the UK.
