Pep Babes Affiliate Programme

Terms & Conditions

By applying for or participating in the Pep Babes Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Affiliate Eligibility

Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by Pep Babes.
Pep Babes reserves the right to approve, decline or terminate an affiliate account at its discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
Affiliates must provide accurate registration and payment information.
Only one affiliate account is permitted per individual unless otherwise agreed.

2. Commission & Earnings

Approved affiliates earn 10% commission on qualifying orders placed using their unique referral link or discount code.
Commission is calculated on the eligible product subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges and any applicable taxes.
Commission is only payable on successfully completed and non-refunded orders.
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or chargeback orders are not eligible for commission.
Where both a referral link and affiliate discount code are used, the discount code takes priority for commission attribution.
Affiliates cannot earn commission on purchases made using their own affiliate code or referral link.

3. Customer Discount Codes

Each approved affiliate receives a unique discount code offering customers 10% OFF eligible purchases.
Discount codes must not be altered, transferred or misrepresented.
Codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically authorised by Pep Babes.
Pep Babes reserves the right to exclude certain products or promotions from affiliate discounts, with reasonable notice where possible.

4. Monthly Commission Payments

Affiliate commissions are paid once per calendar month via direct bank transfer.
Payments are made to the nominated bank account provided by the affiliate.
Only verified and eligible commissions will be included in monthly payouts.
Commissions relating to pending, cancelled or refunded orders will not be paid.
Where a refund or chargeback occurs after commission has been paid, the corresponding commission may be deducted from future earnings.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their banking details are accurate and up to date.
Affiliates are responsible for declaring their earnings and meeting any applicable tax obligations.

5. Affiliate Promotion & Advertising

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with applicable UK advertising and consumer protection laws.

Affiliates must:

Clearly disclose their commercial relationship with Pep Babes when sharing affiliate links or discount codes, including using appropriate advertising labels such as #Ad.
Only promote products and services where such promotion is legally permitted.
Avoid misleading, exaggerated or unsubstantiated claims.
Not make medical claims or suggest that research products are approved, safe or effective for human use.
Not provide medical advice, dosage recommendations or instructions for human administration.
Obtain written permission before running paid advertisements using the Pep Babes brand.
Respect the advertising rules and policies of any social media platform they use.

Pep Babes may require the removal or amendment of any promotional content that breaches these conditions.

6. Research Use Only

Products designated for research use are not intended for human consumption or administration.
Affiliates must not promote research products for personal treatment, weight loss, cosmetic enhancement or other human applications.
A research-use label does not automatically make a product or its advertising legally compliant.
Affiliates must comply with any product-specific marketing restrictions communicated by Pep Babes.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Creating fake orders or referrals to generate commission.
Purchasing through your own affiliate link or code to earn commission.
Making false or misleading claims about Pep Babes or its products.
Sending unsolicited spam messages or engaging in aggressive marketing.
Impersonating Pep Babes or claiming to be an employee or official representative.
Sharing false discounts, unauthorised promotional offers or misleading pricing.
Using another affiliate's code or account without permission.

Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in account suspension, investigation or termination.

8. Affiliate Dashboard & Tracking

Affiliates can access referral activity, qualifying orders and commission information through their dashboard.
Tracking depends on the correct use of affiliate links or discount codes.
Pep Babes cannot guarantee attribution where links are altered, tracking is blocked or customers fail to use the correct referral details.
Pep Babes will investigate reasonable queries regarding missing commissions.

9. Brand Representation

Affiliates may only use Pep Babes logos, images and promotional materials supplied or approved by Pep Babes.
Brand materials must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the business.
Affiliates must conduct themselves professionally when representing the brand.
Permission to use Pep Babes branding ends when affiliate membership is terminated.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Pep Babes reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account where:

These Terms & Conditions have been breached.
Fraudulent or misleading activity is identified.
An affiliate engages in conduct that could reasonably damage the reputation of the business.
An affiliate fails to comply with applicable laws or advertising regulations.

Valid, verified commissions earned before termination will remain payable, except where they relate to fraudulent activity or orders that do not qualify under these terms.

11. Changes to the Programme

Pep Babes reserves the right to amend commission rates, discount percentages, payment arrangements or programme conditions.

Where reasonably possible, affiliates will be notified of material changes in advance.

Changes to commission rates will not retrospectively reduce valid commissions already earned.

12. Independent Affiliate Status

Participation in the Pep Babes Affiliate Programme does not create an employment relationship, partnership or agency agreement.

Affiliates participate independently and are responsible for their own activities, promotional content and applicable tax obligations.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an affiliate application and participating in the programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
